The Neck is the most mobile part of the spine. The Shoulder is the most mobile joint of the body. That offers great possibilities, but also comes with vulnerabilities.
As we race and aspire through life, Neck and shoulders are two areas prone to accumulate stress, tension and bad postural habits.

So in this workshop we will look into how to release (1) acute or chronic tension or discomfort in the neck and shoulders.
As we all like to age with the chin up and shoulders back, we will look at how to protect and spare (2) these areas from excessive stress.
And because we love to practice and take care of ourselves, we will go further: Refining the way we ‘act’ in our poses, we will create better awareness, strength and flexibility (3) in and around these parts so our bodies become more resilient and can aid the maintenance of mental comfort.
