About the Class

Laura is a certified Level I Iyengar.

If you want to learn, grow, gain strength, and reconnect with yourself — physically, emotionally, and mentally — this class will support you fully.

This class will be conducted in French (and some English where needed) and is perfect for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
